Downeast Cider House

Keeping it REAL local. This spot is just a few blocks from us and it’s super dog friendly (and delicious). They allow dogs inside and have a very nice waterfront patio that’s open during the warmer months (it’s across the parking lot).

The indoor space does flights only, no full pours. You’ll buy a flight token when you arrive and you can go up and select your pours. There are usually flavors you cannot find anywhere else, so go for those! The patio has full draft pours as well as some can pours. There’s free parking in the parking lot as well as street parking nearby. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the East Boston Ferry and the Maverick Stop on the Blue Line.

Pro tip: Order takeout from Seabiscuit (right next door) and bring it in with you. They have a great menu, including the legendary pies from KO (the previous occupant of that spot).
