What's Brewing, Barley?

One of our favorites! BUBCO is one of the first breweries my parents visited when they started dating and they’ve been going ever since. Bone Up even brewed special beers for the wedding of some of our friends!

They’re dog friendly outside on their patio and in their parking lot beer garden. There’s a good amount of room for pups and plenty of tables. The beer is excellent – my humans tend to favor the funkier stuff here, but it’s all good. They have snacks and cheap hot dogs available for purchase, but there’s a restaurant in the same building and you can bring your own food anywhere else. The vibe is eclectic – I think of it as friendly metalhead with a good sense of humor (their slogan is “Made From Ingredients in Scenic Everett, Massachusetts.”) They have a lot of music themed events worth checking out (follow their social and their website).

Pro tip: Make a day of Everett’s “Fermentation District.” Bone Up is a block away from Night Shift Brewing and right next to Short Path Distillery. It’s also about a 5 minute walk down the bike path from Park 9 Dog Bar (a great off-leash bar for dogs to bring their humans).
